EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING EDUCATION AND LACTATION MASSAGETOWARDS INCREASING BREASTFEED PRODUCTION TO PREVENTSTUNTING at GRIYA SEHAT BUNDA MADIUN

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is one of the government programs that is useful for supporting infant growth and development. Exclusive breastfeeding is one of the natural antibodies that babies will get to protect themselves from various diseases. In addition, exclusive breastfeeding also has psychological benefits, one of which is bonding with the mother. This service on education and lactation massage aims to increase mothers' knowledge about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding to prevent the incidence of stunting at Griya Sehat Bunda Madiun. A total of 15 clients of breastfeeding mothers with babies aged 0-1 months with counseling methods and direct implementation of lactation massage. Suggestions for health workers to improve midwifery care for breastfeeding mothers with other complementary treatments to increase mothers' motivation to provide exclusive breastfeeding.
