The strong eastern culture of Indonesia is the uneven distribution of palliative patient services, as well the increasing number of cases of diseases that are difficult to cure such as cancer, AIDS, and others. This situation is the basis for carrying out this research. This research aims to seek information from the community regarding eastern culture in implementation and availability palliative services at the community health center level as the front guard in the community. Research methods used was qualitative research involving the Head of the Community Health Center and figures society in extracting information. Based on the deep interview with triangular discussion, we find that public health center is needed to conduct paliatif care in rural area. Conduction paliatif care in rural area will fascilitate people with their culture to gave care at home with their family and fascilitating their culture. This is a new topic that preparing Paliatif care in rural area is most important in poor and developing countries in the world.
